Welcome to the Microsoft knowledge base.  To locate an article,
try the following:

1) Get the index.txt file, which contains the titles of all articles
   in the tree.

2) Scan it (possibly using text searches) for the article(s) of 
   interest, and make a note of the article number.  For example:

   Q92398.txt
   Q100313.txt

3) "Get" the desired articles.  The directory format is consistent,
   right-justified:

   ftp> GET Q92/3/98.txt Q92398.txt
   ftp> GET Q100/3/13.txt Q100313.txt
